assesses are provided with extensive and in-depth feedback both
by their senior peer assessors and the professional assessors, with
development counseling which integrates the assessees potential
with his/her realistic career options within the organization/institution.
In-depth
feedback to the organization/institution management: the assessees'
management is given detailed feedback in respect of assessees's
potential and best options in respect of career success, both interactively
and in report form.
