We are a small and vibrant partnership operating in both South Africa and the United Kingdom specializing in human relations and development in both the Public and Private Sector. What distinguishes our approach is our belief that all endeavour and work is achieved through people and their unique motivations, emotions, skills and potential which they bring to bear through their interactions with others and the tasks to which they commit themselves. We focus on the human processes that enhance or detract from these achievements.

In the Private Sector we can assist companies to enhance the relationship between business and human performance; facilitate the alignment of individual and organizational goals; and help integrate business and individual development strategies.

In addition, our focus in the Public Sector is aligned with national economic and human development and growth objectives, particularly within the SMME and Educational sectors.

We are most successful when working with organizations and institutions that have specific transformation, organizational development, human development and behavioural needs in their striving towards continuous learning and enhanced performance. We collaborate with a number of specialist service providers to access state of the art technology solutions, financial analysis and risk management where appropriate.

In recognition of broader based individual needs, we provide for a number of public programmes in the areas of Executive Interpersonal Leadership, Exercising Personal Authority and Responsibility for Members of Boards, and Facilitation Learning Programmes for facilitators engaged in the facilitation of organizational behaviour change, human relations and interaction.
